The 2020 AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards have been announced and Lincoln took home two big wins. One was for the Lincoln Navigator as the top luxury SUV, its second win two years in a row, and one was for the Lincoln brand as the Highest Satisfaction Premium Brand.
A Lineup of Luxury
The automaker received its top rankings thanks to praise for their dedication to a better ride, handling, safety features, and quietness. Its no wonder, the Lincoln Quiet Flight DNA focuses on creating a more relaxed, quiet, and effortless ride. This includes better aerodynamics, subtle design with more gliding curves and less predator aggressiveness, and improved technology to create a quieter cabin.
Navigator Wins Big
Lincoln’s flagship vehicle, the Navigator, took the best luxury SUV category. Its modern design with thoughtful gauges and controls wowed owners. And its standard 450 horsepower twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter engine impressed people with its power and acceleration. It’s meant to be a sanctuary wrapped in elegant and bold lines, with the practicality of efficient fuel economy and capable powertrains.
The annual New Vehicle Satisfaction award surveys over 73,000 new car and light truck owners for owner satisfaction, sifting through 27 attributes to give an overall impression of the vehicle, from performance to seating.
“Being awarded the highest satisfaction for the overall brand is an honor, and the Navigator showcases the very best of Lincoln as it continues its streak as most awarded luxury SUV in its class,” said Michael Sprague, North America director, Lincoln.
It bodes well for Lincoln that its flagship vehicle, the Lincoln Navigator, was ranked first for vehicle satisfaction in its segment. Get a closer look at this beautifully crafted, luxury SUV at West Point Lincoln.
