The luxury automaker recently announced that it will provide free pickup and delivery service to new owners, beginning with the 2017 model year. No more finding a ride to the dealership or finding time to take your car in. Simply let the dealer know, and a certified driver will be out to pick up your vehicle.
According to Automotive News, this Lincoln Service Valet, as it will be called, is designed to set the brand apart from other luxury brands. In addition to picking up your car for service or repairs, the company will also drop-off a Lincoln of equal or lesser value. As soon as service and maintenance are complete, the dealership will simply give you back your car and pick up the loaner.
“Our dealers view this as a way to differentiate the client experience for Lincoln owners,” said Andrew Frick, Director of Sales and Services for Lincoln. “No matter what Lincoln vehicle clients have from our portfolio, they have the peace of mind of getting that vehicle to and from service at a location of their choice, with a complimentary Lincoln loaner in order to maintain their busy schedules.”
